The following are the amounts due for the occupation of our families properties, which includes the Hawaiian Government lands:
One Million Dollars per acre per month retroactive to  1893 when our Queen Liliuokalani was wrongfully/ criminally dethroned by those who premeditated the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, etc.   
Rents and Leases are due in the amount of a million dollars per acre retroactive to 1893 preferably in silver and gold.  Our gold bullions, silver, "Coins of the Realm", our Kamehameha Trusts belongs to our families primarily.  Rents and Leases are not implied to be costs of sales of lands/real estate because as our lands are not for sale and not to be poisoned, mucked up, etc.  Eviction Notices are the outcome of non-payment, failure to assume your documented pirates, pillagers, etc.   

Background
The Kamehameha's exists through the following genealogies, which is the basis of our Monarchy Government, turned Constitutional Monarchy which is unlike the American Government:

Kamehameha's oldest son was Kaoleioku who had four (4) children named:
                 (1)  Pauahi -  mother of Ruth Keelikolani
                 (2)  Hanuna - father of Kapule; Kini (female); Hookahi(female);
                                              and Poohina (female)
                 (3)  Keola - u.i.
                 (4)  Konia - mother of  Bernice Pauahi
I descend from Hanuna.  Bernice Pauahi was Not the 'Last of the Kamehameha's' as claimed  by Sanford B. Dole who wrote an article in 1874 which appears to have started the lie which was perpetuated by treasonous persons in the Hawaiian Islands and maintained by the United States Congress.
Kaoleioku, Kamehameha's Oldest Son, had sisters:
                        (1)  Kanekapolei who had son Kikau/Kiikau.
                        (2)  Keliiokahekili
I descend from Kanekapolei.
Some of Kaoleioku's half siblings were:
                         (1)  Liholiho/Kamehameha II
                         (2)  Nahienaena (female)
                          (3)  Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III
I, Amelia Gora, am one of the descendants of Kauikeaouli/ Kamehameha III through his son Opunui.  
I, Amelia Gora, descend from Opunui in two (2) lines.
Kaoleioku had a stepbrother named Kalanihelemaiiluna Paki who had two (2) sons:
           (1)  Kalaniulumoku
            (2)  Abner Paki
I, Amelia Gora, descend from Kalaniulumoku.
Kauikeouli/Kamehameha III had ten (10) of his own children and four (4) "hanai hookama" - adopted children who "inherited sovereignty":
The ten (10) children were:

                (3)  Albert Kunuiakea
                (4)  Opunui
                (5)  Kekipi

The four (4) hanai hookama/ adopted children who "inherited sovereignty" were:

I, Amelia Gora, descend from Opunui, Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.
 Our family(ies) inherited Sovereignty and have immunities due to our ancestor being Kamehameha, and Kamehameha III.  
Through our "hanai hookama"/adopted relationship to Kauikeouli/ Kamehameha III, we have also inherited Sovereignty and immunities.

Kamehameha was recognized to be the King of the Hawaiian Monarchy government which was recognized in 1810, after his Uncle Kalaniopuu and his cousin Kiwalao died.
I, Amelia Gora, am one of the three (3) Kamehameha, Kalaniopuu, Kiwalao's descendants/heirs.

I am also one of the descendants of the Ruling Chief of Hawaii named Kalaniopuu through four (4) of his six (6) children. Kalaniopuu was the Hawaiian Leader in place when Captain James Cook arrived from England.  Kiwalao was his son.  Kiwalao's daughter Keopuolani married Kamehameha and had Kamehameha II - Liholiho who died in England.  They also had Nahienanea, a daughter and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli - Kamehameha III who signed the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America.

On November 14, 2014, the Judicial Tribunal of the Hawaiian Kingdom met and determined that the individuals listed below were guilty of " murder, piracy,arson, robbery, forgery or the utterance of forged paper,committed within the jurisdiction of either," as documented under the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV.
On November 14, 2014, the Judicial Tribunal of the Hawaiian Kingdom met and determined that the individuals listed below were guilty of " murder, piracy,arson, robbery, forgery or the utterance of forged paper,committed within the jurisdiction of either," as documented under the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV.

On November 14, 2014, the Judicial Tribunal of the Hawaiian Kingdom met and determined that the following 33 people/and 10+ organizations/entities created/supported by the entity Provisional government, turned Republic of Hawaii, then Territory of Hawaii, then State of Hawaii with documented oppositions every step of the way, were declared guilty under the Treaty of 1850.

This is a brief summary of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina activities.,...we have been behind the scenes for a long time and informing everyone that we're here to support Kanaka Maoli ....we are the Kamehameha's (some of us are the descendants/heirs of four (4) of his children and three (3) of his four (4) hanai hookama (adopted children who inherited sovereignty), Kalanimoku's, Kaahumanu's, Kaheiheimalie, Namahana's (descendant/heir), Kamehameha III's heirs, descendants/ Royal , Family of one (1) of his 10 children and two (2) of his four (4) hanai hookama/adopted shildren who inherited sovereignty), descendants/ heirs of Nuuanu (thru his son), Akahi (w) (through her son out of six (6) children, many step children, hanai children, Princess Poomaikelani (through her daughter out of four + children/stepchildren), Kalaniopuu (descendant/heirs of four (4) of his six (6) children, Kaumualii (descendant/heirs through two (2) of his nine (9) children, John Young's/Olohana, Isaac Davis three (3) descendants/heirs  et. als. Summary  

Rents and Leases are due in the amount of a million dollars per acre retroactive to 1893 preferably in silver and gold.  This is not to be mistaken for Our gold bullions, silver, "Coins of the Realm", our Kamehameha Trusts belongs to our families primarily and assumed by the pirates, pillagers, parasites and which needs to be returned as well.  
Additionally, Rents and Leases are not implied to be costs of sales of lands/real estate because as our lands are not for sale and not to be poisoned, mucked up, etc.  Eviction Notices are the outcome of non-payment, failure to assume your documented pirates, pillagers, etc. 
Banking information will be forwarded upon request, upon meeting with some of our family members who are not associated with the Native Hawaiian Rolls, etc. programs.
Due to the illegality of contracts to people under duress, genocide victims, and having evidence of premeditations of criminally assuming lands, assets, mineral rights, water rights of our kanaka maoli, and those who supported our Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, we also have the rights to null and void illegal contracts which includes the signing of an illegal contract(s) signed by Queen Liliuokalani who was also made "Queen for a Day" in 1915 for a Balboa Day or Pan Pacific Day occasion, claiming Hawaii to be a State which was opposed by a Kamehameha descendant named Harold Abel Cathcart who answered a legal notice posted by the U.S. Government, and many of the Illegal moves made by U.S. operatives, etc. including the entities OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Kau Inoa, Kanaiolowalu, Hawaiian Rolls, etc. with the intent to deceive, connive, controvert, assume the inherent rights, the ano alodio lands, alodio lands secured forever to the kanaka maoli which would wrongfully, criminally convey lands, assets, mineral rights, water rights.  
The Kamehameha's, including I, Amelia Gora, have inherited sovereignty, immunities, as well as having immunities under international laws.  
 The Hawaiian Government, the De Jure Government Exists because the Kamehameha's Exists 
The Hawaiian Kingdom is made up of three parts:  (1)  Sovereign, heirs - a Permanent Part of Government - the Kamehameha's Exists (2) House of Nobles - original members descendants - a Permanent Part of Government - their Descendants/Heirs Exists; and (3) House of Representatives - a Temporary, Voted in Part of the Government.
The entity Provisional Government, turned Republic of Hawaii, turned Territory of Hawaii, turned State of Hawaii, operating OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Kau Inoa, supporting Akaka Bill, Kanaiolowalu, and Hawaiian Rolls moves to validate their criminal deviance, criminal occupation, racketeering, piracy(ies), privateering, privatization, genocide, criminal malfeasance, etc.  are not the land owners.  They have been discovered to be treasonous persons, conspirators, pirates, racketeers, pillagers, parasites uncovered/ discovered through research, history, legal research, genealogies and supported by U.S. Presidents Benjamin Harrison, Grover Cleveland, et. als.
The entity Provisional Government represents only 1/3 of the Hawaiian Government who were treasonous to the Queen, subjects, and whose defenders continue on today in trying to maintain their criminal existence in the Hawaiian Islands and supported by the U.S. Government, etc.
The owners, the land owners, title holders are here.  The Kamehameha's, including Kamehameha III's descendants/heirs exists and some who are also the heirs of Queen Liliuokalani through her two (2) children/hanai/adopted children, one who was designated to be her Trustee named Kaaumoana/Kahakuhaakoi/Kekua/Kekualoa who is also our ancestor.
Our ancestor, Kauikeouli -Kamehameha III, did state that there would be pretenders and there are many, including some of the kanaka maoli.
Maintaining the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America by Kamehameha III's - Kauikeaouli's descendants/heirs existing today and Judicial Tribunal Results Posted

It was my/our families ancestor Kauikeouli/Kamehameha III who did treaty with the U.S. President Tyler in 1849 and ratified in 1850 which was documented as a Permanent Friendship Treaty and approved by the U.S. Congress.
Under the U.S. Constitution, Treaties supersedes State Laws, etc.
It took more than 26 years of genealogy research to find the hidden lines of the Kamehameha's, which included the discovery of criminal claims, etc. with evidence of genocide, conspiracies, piracy, privateering, privatization activities intended to defraud the true land owners, the Alii, the Alii Nui, revealing genocide activities perpetuated even today.
The land owners, title owners Kamehameha's exists.  The Judicial Tribunal lists submitted are names of those who are to be removed from the Hawaiian Islands according to the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America but the United States will do in the removal of the pirates, pillagers, parasites, etc.
The entity State of Hawaii, OHA, etc. are not related to our families.  The interest conveyed to the Roman Catholic Church was rescinded.  The Public Law 103-150, Apology  Bill, was not accepted by the Royal Families, including myself Amelia Gora; Oppositions to the Rail; Kawaiahao burials removal; GMO's; etc. programs in the Hawaiian archipelago continues.
Other Important Information
 The American Embassy may be assigned here instead of the illegal State of Hawaii which moves to create entities such as OHA, Kanaiolowalu, Akaka Bill, Kau Inoa, and the Native Hawaiian Rolls to give an appearance that 'it's the will of the people' which was originally suggested by President Benjamin Harrison in 1893.
Also, I, Amelia Gora and other family members have the 'prima facie' evidence of land ownership for lands including Kauikeouli/ Kamehameha III's personal, private properties, including the Crown Lands, Government Lands, etc.



Opposition to the State of Hawaii was made by Kamehameha descendant/heir Harold Cathcart, a cousin of my great grandmother Mele Keawe/Mele Kauweloa, also a Kamehameha through Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
