- Greetings,
- There are a number of issues that we need to resolve with the entity State of Hawaii, their Judges, et. als.:
- Number 1. Governor Ige (successor of Governor Abercrombie who has been listed on the pillagers, pirates list by the Judicial Tribunal of the Hawaiian Kingdom), Judges, are Entities/CEO's/Corporation Executive Officers who are Not part of the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, because the Royal Families exists, Kamehameha III's heirs and successors, the State of Hawaii and the U.S. government are not part of our Royal Families, not living, human beings, and because the State of Hawaii and the U.S. government are not parties to the Treaty of 1850.
- Issues: Pillaging, Piracy, etc.
- The State of Hawaii Attorney General who receives letters/documentation for the Governor Ige, Judges, et. als. in the Hawaiian Islands was served a copy of the Legal Notice which was stamped, and forwarded to your office - certified, return receipt requested on January , 2015.
- The purpose was to inform all that the Judicial Tribunal members did meet and determine that there have been criminal activities in the Hawaiian Islands which has been documented due to the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America which is an ongoing, legal contract which is between only the Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's heirs and successors.
- We as heirs of Kamehameha III did Invoke the Treaty of 1850 specifically Articles I and XIV:"Article IThere shall be perpetual peace and amity between the United States and the King of the Hawaiian Islands, his heirs and his successors.""Article XIVThe contracting parties mutually agree to surrender,upon official requisition, to the authority of each, all persons who, being charged with the crimes of murder, piracy,arson, robbery, forgery or the utterance of forged paper,committed within the jurisdiction of either, shall be found within the territories of the other; provided, that this shall only be done upon such evidence or criminality as, according to the laws of the place where the person so charged shall be found, would justify his apprehension and commitment for trial if the crime had there been committed: and the respective judges and other magistrates of the two Governments, shall have authority, upon complaint made under oath, to issue a warrant for the apprehension of the person do charged, that he may be brought before such judge or other magistrates respectively, to the end that the evidence of criminality may be heard and considered;and if, on such hearing, the evidence be deemed sufficient to sustain the charge, it shall be the duty of the examining judge or magistrate to certify the same to the proper executive authority, that a warrant may issued for the surrender of such fugitive. The expense of such apprehension and delivery shall be borne and defrayed by the party who makes the requisition and receives the fugitive."
- Some of the State of Hawaii's Judges were found to be guilty of the crimes of pillaging, piracy, etc. identified in the above Article XIV.
- Newly voted in Governor Ige appears to disregarded the facts that the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America and claims private properties of our Royal Families to be the entity State of Hawaii's lands, claiming eminent domain, etc. for the rail system, etc.
- Background:
- During Governor Abercrombies term, and on July 15, 2011, I, Amelia Gora did notify the entity State of Hawaii that I am one of the land owners through various ancestors all along the rail route.
- Governor Abercrombie, by the way, was listed on the Judicial Tribunal list and was also guilty of pillaging, piracy(ies).
- A Filing was made "Genealogies of the Past to the Present" Compiled by Amelia Gora (2011), Hawaiian Genealogical Society, Ko Hawaii Pae Aina(/Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian islands/He Mokupuni Pae Aina o Hawaii/Hawaiian archipelago) and a set left for the Oahu Burial Council at the Kapolei Branch Office.
- The Descendancy Claim Applications were part of the packet which included completed claims with legal documents, testimonies attached for the following ancestors:
- 1) Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III - relationship: great great great great grandfather and great great great great great grand uncle
- Added information 2/02/2015: Kamehameha III was the father of 10 children - am a descendant of one (1) son named Opunui; he became the stepfather of all of Kalaniopuu's children - am from 4 of them; Kamehameha's children - am from 4 of them; and 2 of his hanai hookama/adopted children who inherited sovereignty; and from Kaumualii - am from 2 of his children.
- 2) Kamaikui/Grace Kamaikui - relationship: great great great grandmother
- Added Information 2/02/2015: Am a descendant of two (2) of her children Hueu and Peke Davis.
- 3) Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi - relationship: great great grand aunt; great great grandmother thru Abigail Maheha.
- Added information 2/02/2015 - Because Kekauonohi married Kealiiahonui/Aarona Kealiiahonui, she became the step mother of all of the Kamehameha's, so, additional multiple claims were gotten through this relationship.
- 4) Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani - relationship: grand aunt - am grand niece
- Added Information 2/02/2015: Heir of King David Kalakaua; hanai daughter of Kaluakini (k) my great grand father; sister of my great great grandmother named Princess Poomaikelani, etc.; hanai sister of my grandmother
- 5) John Kapena/Iona Kapena - relationship: great great great great grandfather in multiple lines
- New information 2/02/2015: Konohiki of Kapalama, Oahu, Hawaii
- 6) Kahope - Konohiki - relationship: great great great grandfather married to true great great great grandmother; also was hanai father of great grandfather Kaluakini
- Added information 2/02/2015 -Konohiki of Honouliuli, was step father of Kekauonohi/ Miriam Kekauonohi because he became the husband of Akahi (w) after Kalanimoku died. He was also the step father of Leleiohoku/William Pitt Leleiohoku.
- 7) Mataio Kekuanaoa - relationship: great great great great grandfather and great great great great grand uncle
- Added information 2/02/15: He was the heir of Victoria Kamamalu according to the Probate; but, Victoria Kamamalu was one of Kamehameha's descendants, and other Kamehameha's descendants existed then and exists now - Royal Families/persons are Not subject to the laws; am a descendant of Kekuanaoa's first son named Palua/Paalua/Kapaalua; descendant of his fifth wife named Kalima/Kalimakuhi/Kamahine (w).
- Note:
- Added information 2/02/2015- have already been documented as a direct descendant of Nuuanu, konohiki of Kapalama, Waikiki landowner by State of Hawaii's genealogist Kanai Kapeliela. Nuuanu was the nephew and son-in-law of Kamehameha married to Kanekapolei his daughter. Nuuanu's relationship: great great great great grandfather. Nuuanu's father was the kahu/caretaker of three (3) of Kamehameha's wives: Kaahumanu; Kaheiheimalie/Hoapiliwahine; and Namahana/Piia. Nuuanu's father Mahi/Mahihelelima was the older brother of Kamehameha's wife Kanekapolei who was married to Kalaniopuu, and after Kamehameha died, married Kuuku.
- Recent Claims by Governor Ige, Senate, et. als. Noted:
- Governor Ige recently claimed that the State of Hawaii owns all the lands the the Rail will pass on. He claims Eminent Domain. I, Amelia Gora, hereby document Opposition to Governor Ige and all his criminal claims for Royal Families properties, etc.
- The move to pass SB744 is being made to assume all taro lands to be placed under the Department of Land and Natural Resources. The Department is part of Governor Ige's State government - Senate et. als.. Opposition to DLNR/Department of Land and Natural Resources, the Senate, the Representatives, and the Department of Interior, et. als.
- Summary:
- Governor Ige is a foreigner, acting as if he has Title to lands in the Hawaiian Islands. He moves to accommodate the Rail by criminal wrongs, acts of pillaging, piracy on Royal Families and Kanaka Maoli lands.
- The Senate, and the House will be voting on a SB744 with the intent of claiming Private Properties, much of which belongs to the Royal Families or Kanaka Maoli.
- Opposition is hereby documented to these parties, the Governor Ige, the Senate, and Representatives, along with the Department of Land and Natural Resources who moves to assume, acquire what does not belong to them, and are Not parties to the Treaty of 1850 of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, by Amelia Gora, one of the parties to the Treaty, an heir of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
- Additionally, the claim of Eminent Domain is illegal, because the Treaty of 1850 is in place.
- This is a Reminder that Treaties supersedes State Laws as documented in the U.S. Constitution:
- "Article. VI.All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
- Number 2. Rents and Leases are Owed for the Use of our Royal Families lands, buildings, etc. from the State of Hawaii and the U.S. government who are not parties to the Treaty of 1850 Because the Royal Families exists, Kamehameha III's heirs and successors, the State of Hawaii and the U.S. government are not part of our Royal Families, not living, human beings, and because the State of Hawaii and the U.S. government are not parties to the Treaty of 1850.
- "One Million Dollars per acre per month retroactive to 1893 when our Queen Liliuokalani was wrongfully/ criminally dethroned by those who premeditated the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, etc.
- Rents and Leases are due in the amount of a million dollars per acre retroactive to 1893 preferably in silver and gold. Our gold bullions, silver, "Coins of the Realm", our Kamehameha Trusts belongs to our families primarily. Rents and Leases are not implied to be costs of sales of lands/real estate because as our lands are not for sale and not to be poisoned, mucked up, etc. Eviction Notices are the outcome of non-payment, failure to assume your documented pirates, pillagers, etc. "
